On this course you will learn the art of making puff pastry, something that can’t be rushed! You will use it to make the perfect Pear Tarte Tatin and Almond Pithiviers. In addition to these, the classic Gateau Breton, a beautifully buttery pastry filled with marinated prunes. This is a slightly longer class than usual but homemade soup and bread will be provided for lunch.
